This dainty carpeting gem was discovered in the Himalayas. Purple-tinted, ferny foliage mounds topped by beguiling, scented, azure blue flowers late winter through spring.

Ideal for informal effects amongst taller perennials or dwarf shrubs.

Prefers moist, well-drained, humus rich soil in cool shade.

Full hardy.
